Producing the histological slides requires\u00a0 a series of processing through the use of three instruments &#8211;\u00a0Thermo\u00a0Scientific Shandon Citadel 2000\u00a0<b>Tissue Processor<\/b>, Leica RM2135\u00a0<b>Rotary Microtome\u00a0<\/b>and the<b>\u00a0Shandon\u00a0<\/b><b>Histo<\/b><b>-Center II.\u00a0<\/b>The Tissue Processor is an automated machine that assists in the fixing and dehydration of specimen.
