Ms. Joleen Chan

With a background in environmental biology and a love for nature, Joleen has a broad interest in the natural environment. Prior to joining the TMSI, Joleen was involved with research in invasive freshwater fish and marine debris.

At SJINML, she oversees:
– General administration and financial management
– Registration of new research users
